Itinerary
Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in TIA Airport Kathmandu. A Rainbow Trek representative will come to pick you up and transfer to your hotel.
Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast we will go for Kathmandu city tour with our tour guide. visit to Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Monkey Temple & Patan Durbar Square then back to hotel prepare for Trekking.
Fly To Lukla + 3 hours Walking
We will fly from Kathmandu to Lukla about (35 min) then same day Trek to Phakding. Over night in Phakding.
To Namche Bazar 6 Hours
After breakfast we will hit the way to Manjo then continue to Namche Bazar. having lunch to Namche Bazar. Over Night in Namche Bazar.
Acclimatization Day Namche Bazar
This full day will be in Namche Bazar for acclimatization the altitude. probably we will hike around the Namche valley. Over night
To Phortse Thanga 6 Hours Walking
After breakfast we start our trekking from Namche to Phortse Thanga. It will takes around 6 hours to reach Phortse. Over night in Phortse Thanga.
To Dole 4 Hours
This day we go to Dole from Phortse Thanga. we just need to walk about 4 hours to reach there. Over night in Dole.
Machhermo 4410 m - 3 hours
this day our trekking will be from Dole to Machhermo. it takes about 3 hours to reach Machhermmo. Over night in Machhermo.
Gokyo Lake - 3 hours
After breakfast we do from Machhermo to Gokyo Lake. this is one of the beautiful places.
Acclimatization Gokyo
This full day we will stay in Gokyo Lake for Acclimatization. we look around the Gokyo lake then hiking to Gokyo Ri , Excursion around.Over night
To Thangna - 4 Hours
After breakfast we trek to Thangna from Gokyo. It takes around 4 hours to reach Thangna. Over night in Thangna.
Dzongla 7 Hours
This day we trek to Dzongla. some place even have to walk through glacier , to reach Dzongla takes around 7 hours. probably this day is the longest trekking day. Over night in Dzongla.
To Lobuche
From Dzongla we will trek to Lobuche. It takes around 5 hours. Over night in Lobuche.
Gorakshep 3 Hours
After breakfast we trek to Gorakshep from Lobuche. on the way we will see many glacier & rocky mountain. it takes around 3 hours. Over night in Gorakshep.
Kala Patthar - Everest View Point - Base Camp
This day will be little bit busy day. morning we will walk additional excursion trip to Kala patthar. Kala Patthar means black stone. we go to the top and viewing Mt.everest, Cho Oyo, Lhotse, Makalu & Amadablam. from this palce we will see the great view of those mountain.
after this back to Gorakshep having lunch then walk to Everest Base Camp. looking around the Base camp then again back to Gorakshep. both places we will finish in a same day. Over night in Gorakshep.
Pheriche 6 hours
This day we walk down to Pheriche. seems longer but easy walking, towards down hill is easy then going up. It takes around 6 hours to be in pheriche. Over night in Pheriche.
Tengboche 5 Hours
this day we trek to Tengboche. it is not a hard walking day. simply easy way. takes near about 5 hours to be in Tengboche. there is very nice buddist Monastery in Tengboche. we can look around the Monastery with many MONK. over night in Tengboche.
Namche Bazar 6 Hours
This day after breakfast we go to Namche Bazar. takes around 6 hours to reach Namche. Namche is the main entrace of Everest region. Over night in Namche Bazar.
Lukla 7 Hours
this day also we need to walk little bit longer. way is not so hard always going down but takes longer , around 7 hours. between somewhere we stop for Lunch then continue walk to Lukla. Over night in Lukla.
Fly back to Kathmandu
This day we fly back to Kathmandu. It is just 35 min. flight to Kathmandu. some time we need to wait for long in the Airport because of the weather. and from Kathmandu Airport we street back to our Hotel. Over night in Kathmandu
Free day in Kathmandu
Free day in Kathmandu. may be doing some shopping arund in Thamel. in the evening will will have typical Nepali dinner with cultural program. Overnight in same hotel.
Final Departure
